🛒 Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Orders are processed only after payment is received.

🍰 Custom & Perishable Products

All baked goods are made to order and are considered perishable. For this reason, all sales are final once an order is prepared or shipped.

❌ Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started. Once an order is in production or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address information provided by the customer. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

🏠 Pickup Orders

Customers are responsible for picking up their orders at the scheduled time. Orders not picked up may not be refunded.

🔁 Refunds & Replacements

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with photos and your order number. Approved claims may result in a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Our kitchen handles common allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, nuts, and soy. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free.

All products are handmade. Colors, decorations, and designs may vary slightly from photos or examples shown.
