📦 Shipping & Refund Policy (Baked Goods)
Because our products are perishable and made to order, all sales are final once an order has shipped.
🚚 Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled due to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
⏰ Delayed or Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for:
• Shipping delays caused by the carrier
• Orders delivered late due to incorrect or incomplete address information
• Packages left unattended after delivery
These situations are not eligible for refund.
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as the order has not shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
🍪 Food Safety
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on baked goods.
