All baked goods are made to order and shipped fresh.

🚚 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be longer.

📍 Shipping Method

We ship using trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery. Shipping speed options are selected at checkout and vary by location.

🕒 Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect address information.

🏠 Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

🍪 Perishable Products

Because our products are perishable:
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
• Packages should be opened immediately upon delivery
• We are not responsible for packages left unattended after delivery

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and product. Approved claims may receive a replacement or store credit.

❌ No Returns

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on baked goods.
